The coffee company that believe rituals matter - and that great rituals enrich our lives - is doing something rather special this weekend (16-17 May) at Aviva Studios in Manchester.
The Blank Street innovative drinks and in-store experience is all about offering something never done before: speciality grade coffee, at scale, in beautiful modern spaces.
Diligently working on providing high-quality coffee and matcha to the masses, and after being named Best Coffee Chain - UK & IE at the Allegra European Coffee Awards 2023, it's possibly a good idea to join the queue right-now, if you'd like to be part of this unique Mancunian Social event!
Blank Street has teamed up with artists from The London Social and The Manchester Social - who usually have celebrity-filled waiting lists stretching over several months - to harness Spring spontaneity and launch the first drop-in-only Tattoo Studio and Matcha Bar.
Spontaneous passersby will be able to ‘do it for the plot’ and get a real (or temporary) fine line tattoo from a flash sheet of bespoke, Spring designs. Each new tattoo recipient is also set to receive a refreshing, iced drink from the Blank Street menu.
Fine line tattoos have been made popular by celebrities like Hailey Bieber, Harry Styles and Ariana Grande, for customers looking for a delicate and chic way to enhance their style, with many treating them like permanent jewellery on hands, wrists and fingers.
“We’re all about elevating our customers' experience, it’s not just about grabbing an iced matcha and carrying on with your day, but to really celebrate those small moments and make them extraordinary. This spring, we’re encouraging people to break free from their usual routines and make memorable moments with friends, whether it’s going for a spontaneous picnic in the park, or getting an impromptu tattoo.” says Ignacio Llado, Co-Founder of Blank Street UK.
A limited number of permanent tattoo appointments will be allocated at random to those who arrive at the Blank Street Tattoo studio for 10:45am each day, with temporary tattoos also available to those not ready to take the plunge.
Visitors will be able to show their fine line tattoo (real or temporary), to receive a free iced White Chocolate Matcha or Daydream Latte.
The pop-up will be open in London at Aviva Studios, in Manchester from Friday 16th May (11am-7pm) to Saturday 17th May (11am-7pm).
